Happy New Year!  This is the first Weekly Tales of 2015!

Okay – so most of you that know me know that I have been trying to stick to a one book at a time rule!  Well yep indeedy I have already broken this *hangs head in shame*.  I am currently reading the creepy YA horror Frozen Charlotte and the action packed Code Red Lipstick and thoroughly enjoying them both!  Check back for reviews soon.

This week I have also read the fantastic debut by Lisa Williamson – The Art Of Being Normal!  I loved this book so much.  You can find my review here.

As you know I had been reading the wonderful winter romance anthology My True Love Gave To Me over the Christmas period.  I loved every single story in this book (find my review here) and I was absolutely honoured to have the wonderful author of the short story Angels In The Snow from the collection on the blog answering some fantastic Q&A questions (find this here).

As 2014 drew to a close I participated in the 2014 end of year book survey which was really fun to do!  You can find my look back on 2014 here.

2015 Challenges

New Year.  New Challenges.

I have signed up to some wonderful Challenges for 2015 and I cannot wait to fill the pages up with lovely reviews and books that I have read.

I am aiming to read 75 books this year on the Goodreads Challenge (fingers crossed).

I am aiming to read at least one classic book a month in the Classics Challenge.  I think this is such a wonderful idea as it pushes you to read some older books that are fab!

I am aiming to read lots of books by UK authors in the British Books Challenge.  I have a feeling my page will be filled with lots of fab UKYA for this challenge as there are so many great books I want in 2015 which all seem to be YA and from the UK!  YEAH!

Don’t forget to check the Challenges Page on Tales Of Yesterday to see how I am getting on.

Other Bookish Goings On

I am excited to be featuring on the blog tour for Sarah Sky’s Fashion Assassin next week which was released on 1st January 2015!  Look out for my promo post on my website on the 8th January 2015 where the little website fairies may do their work!  Don’t forget to check out other fab bloggers reviews and posts on the tour for this fab book!
