May 2020 Stats: So my goal for May was to keep going... and I did. Had to set myself new daily routine as I was back at work, but focusing on fitting in a morning workout, an evening workout and a walk really helped me stay focused. 🥰
I managed to close all my daily rings again in my Apple Watch (800 Cal Move Ring, 30 mins exercise, 12 hours Standing) and got a little award again. 🥰
I didn’t meet my monthly challenge of 3000 minutes of exercise .... I got to 2800 though so I was so so close! 🥰
Having a routine really helps me focus and keeps me motivated so jumping into June I’m going to stick with that in mind and keep on walking, joe wicks-ing, tombatting and home workout-ing 👍

Yesterday... cooked baked oats and cake and Kev and Corey made their first home made pizza (no picture as they had eaten it all by the time I asked if they had took one!). Finished off sorting book shelves. New bathroom cupboard made and put up. Exercise efforts of Joe Wicks, Body Pump with #lesmillsondemand and my fave #Tombat .... not bad for the last day in April!

April 2020 Stats: Well April was an interesting month. With the country in lockdown it was always going to be a challenge. My aim at the start of the month was to try and stay focused on a daily exercise home work out routine (with the gyms being closed) along with a task or two a day around the house (on furlough throughout the whole of the month). 🔥
For the first time ever I closed all of my daily rings on my Apple Watch everyday (800 Cal Move Ring, 30 Exercise Mins, 12 Hours Standing) .... can’t quite believe I did that! I got an award for it too ... whoop whoop! 🔥
I also met my Apple Watch challenge of 162 miles for the month .... considering I’ve not been out for my usual walks for the whole month I was super happy to get this! 🔥
I’ve had good days and bad days throughout the month .... ups and downs , but I am forever lucky that I have some amazing people around me who keep me going, smiling, laughing and chatting. I often pinch myself as I can’t believe how lucky I am! 💕 Thank YOU! 🔥

At the start of April I knew it was going to be a tough one to reach 162 miles in one whole month whilst in #lockdown especially when I haven’t, by choice, been going out for my daily walk/exercise in the outside world (silly anxiety) .... regardless I’ve been super determined to keep my fitness up, keep going and keep moving and I ONLY WENT AND GOT THIS AWARD TODAY 😱 🎉 🎉 Day by day I’m starting to believe that anything is possible if you set your mind to it and do it 💕 Thanks to everyone who has kept me motivated and going throughout these very strange times.... you all mean so much to me ❤️

Today.... cooked baked oats (again), cut my finger on some glass (fun), found a picture of little Chelley, finished tidying my books/office (yes it took my 3 days), washed office curtains and Corey made mini bun pizzas for lunch. Exercise: HIIT and my fave #Tombat 💪🏻

Yesterday .... Joe Wicks followed by Combat with the super awesome @snottylotte , cleaned the staircase top to bottom (we have a lot of wood!), finished my current read, assembled a new unit, #Tombat with the amazing @t0mmather and killer core with the 😈 @jack.mcdermott92 ... it was awesome! Followed this up with watching a play of Macbeth with Corey as he has a test today for his school work. Over and out!

Just tried Body Pump 103 on #lesmillsondemand ... I loved this! Some songs I recognise from when instructors have slotted them in. It felt harder than the new releases though somehow but maybe because it was a new to me routine 🏋️‍♀️

Feel asleep so forgot to post about yesterday again 🙈 Cooked a MASSIVE EPIC roast and had cake 😋 Demolished a downstairs toilet that was not used anymore, enjoyed the sun, read a bit, finished watching #deadpixels and carries on with #tigerking . Exercise efforts of the ever amazing #Tombat and #Tomcore 🌟
